13-20 years Seniors Freestyle / Street 2 hrs Class
This is a fun, dynamic class in both styles of Freestyle & Street Dance. It also incorporates slow freestyle & lyrical too! This class consists of a warm up to build up stamina, stretching to help with flexibility & strength & then various routines in all styles, finishing with a cool down. This is our most popular style of dance. If your child loves to dance, they will love this class. There are opportunities to join our Competition teams & travel to Blackpool once a year or to take part in the IDTA Medal tests & gain individual awards every 6 months. This Class has all abilities & grades from Bronze up to IDTA Stars / Presidents Award Level.
