✨ Join me for a fun, mood lifting, calming (hopefully) yoga class, for both adults and theirs kids, focusing on ages 3-7. We'll find our breath, move and stretch our bodies, calm our nervous system, channel our energy and help find ways to regulate our BIG emotions! Expect breathing & relaxation exercises, yoga games, activities and stories for grown up & child. Including moments for parents to stretch & relax. There will be different areas of play and creativity for those who want to do their own thing. This will be a relaxed, welcoming, no expectations space. Don’t worry if your child doesn’t try all the yoga poses (they often take in more than we realise and it can take a few attempts). A moment of relief for both adults & kids during the holidays, where kids can choose what they do and parents can attempt to rest. All parents​/​carers and siblings including babies are welcome! Older children are welcome and often find joy in helping the little ones. Please bring a drink, any toys or snacks that will help your child settle in. There will be a light yoga snack at the end.
