Focusing on physical, mental and emotional well-being, NETFit provides a welcome break from the pressures of home, work and everyday life! ✨ 🏐 When: Fridays, 10-11am 🏐 Where: Rose Hill School, TN4 9SY 🏐 Why: Learn new skills, make new friends and improve your fitness in this fun and friendly netball based fitness session. No previous experience needed, so give it a go! With 40 years combined experience in both playing and coaching netball, coaches Kate Watts and Claire Picton are friendly and encouraging, leading to tailored fitness, ball skills and game play programmes for all to enjoy! ✨

From my daughter that attended the camp: I really enjoyed the 3 day netball camp. It is brilliant how the younger athletes are incorporated in the morning session as it allows the older athletes to help them and they can learn so much. In the afternoon the intensity is high and helps the older athletes work on their game. It has been a lot of fun with a little bit of everything included from games to drills and match play. I would really recommend it for anyone wanting to get into netball, Kate and Claire are lovely and help the athletes reach their potential.
