Burnley FC in the Community’s Football Hubs provide young players with additional high-quality coaching to complement the football they already play with their grassroots club or any other training they receive. Designed for young footballers aged 6-14 years, our Football Hubs give players the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy more time on the pitch in a positive and challenging coaching environment. Sessions focus on key areas of player development, including passing and receiving, dribbling, finishing, movement, decision-making and game-based practices. Our coaches encourage players to express themselves, develop their understanding of the game and continue progressing as footballers. The programme runs during school term time, with blocks consisting of approximately 10-12 sessions. Sessions cost just £5 each and are booked in school term-time blocks.
