Each week, little ones are invited to engage with a variety of taste-safe foods through hands-on sensory experiences – from touching and squishing to smelling, mixing and playing. There is no expectation to taste or eat anything, allowing children to explore at their own pace and in their own way. These sessions are designed to gently support curiosity and confidence around food, helping to build a positive relationship with food from an early age.
