Baby massage is a wonderful way to slow down, spend dedicated one-to-one time with your baby, and build confidence in responding to their cues. Many parents find it helps them feel more connected to their baby, while also supporting relaxation, sleep, digestion, and overall wellbeing. The course provides a calm and welcoming space where you can take a break from the pressures of daily life, meet other local parents, and enjoy quality time together. Sessions are completely baby-led, meaning there is never any pressure for babies to be awake, settled, or ready to massage. Feeding, cuddling, changing nappies and simply taking a moment for yourself are all part of the experience. The venue is clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed with parents and babies in mind. So Curious also has an on-site café serving delicious food and drinks, making it easy to stay a little longer and enjoy a coffee or lunch before or after your session. As part of the course, you'll receive certified organic baby-safe massage oil, high-quality parent handout booklets, and a Touch Local Card, giving you access to exclusive offers and discounts with local family-friendly businesses. You'll also have the option to join a small, supportive WhatsApp group where parents can stay connected and share experiences between sessions. As an added bonus, Stacey from Chaplins Captures will be joining us during Week 3 of the course to take some beautiful, natural photographs of you and your baby together. These relaxed images capture special moments and memories from your baby massage journey and are available completely free of charge for any families who would like them. Each session lasts 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to settle in, relax, learn the massage techniques, ask questions and connect with other parents without ever feeling rushed.
