Led by experienced Head Coach Maria Chapman, this after-school club provides a fantastic opportunity for children to develop balance, coordination, strength, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. 🌟 What the Club Includes: 🤸‍♀️ Fundamental gymnastics topics including: Rocking and rolling Gymnastic shapes Jumping and landing techniques 🧘 Work on a range of apparatus including: Mats Benches Boxes 💪 A strong emphasis on fitness, fun, and learning Sessions take place indoors in the school hall, providing a secure and familiar setting for all participants.
