This class is for babies 0-Pre walking. Sound healing will help with your own postpartum healing emotionally and physically and help soothe your babies every need as they develop into themselves and into the world around them Massage and Sound healing frequencies have the power to cleanse, balance and align the mind, body and soul. They soothe aches, pains, fatigue and nourish us on a very deep level. A beautiful experience to have with your baby and to be able to introduce them to such healing at such a young age is a true blessing Our session will include a massage, a guided meditation, sound healing, and chance to chat with other like minded mamas After the gentle massage, the sound healing frequencies will fill the room, you can lie or sit with your baby, fall asleep with your baby, play quietly and of course nappy change and feed them as they need. Think of this class as a very calm and gentle playtime.. This will never look like a regular sound bath where all mothers and babies are lying still and ​/​ or sleeping during the session (although we can dream!) No matter what you and baby are doing for this class be it playing quietly or feeding to sleep, let these bowls effortlessly be the background music to whatever you’re doing and you will leave feeling calmer and closer I look forward to sharing this time with you and your beautiful baby!
