Our Superhero workshops are designed to help children recognise and manage their emotions to be able to face challenges with bravery. The workshops aim to boost confidence and self-belief in children. We do this through movement to music, craft activities and mindfulness. Children use their own made self-regulation tools on an adventure in the jungle where they face many challenges along the way. Mindfulness is an important part of our workshops, encouraging children to calm their minds and take notice.
