🌲 Woodland Wonder: Yoga & Art for Children 🎨 with Wild Hearts Art Club × Yoga Zoo 🦊 We’re heading into the woods. Not the muddy, lost-your-shoe kind — the imagination kind ✨🌲 Session 1: Ages 4–7 🌞 Morning session - 10am - 11:30am 🎟️ 15 spaces Session 2: Ages 8–11 🌤️ Early afternoon session - 12:30pm - 2pm 🎟️ 15 spaces Small groups, big imaginations, lots of care 💛 Woodland Wonder is a collaborative yoga-and-art session designed to help children slow down, listen to and move their bodies, make marks, and feel brilliantly at home in themselves. Led by Ali from Yoga Zoo 🧘‍♀️ and Sian from Wild Hearts Art Club 🎨, this session blends story-led yoga, movement, creativity and hands-on making into one gentle, joyful journey. Children will be guided through a woodland-inspired yoga adventure — discovering nature and animals 🦔🌿 Think stretching like trees 🌳, creeping like foxes 🦊 and resting like sleepy hedgehogs — before moving into expressive mark making and craft, creating woodland-themed artwork inspired by what they’ve felt, imagined and explored ✨🖍️ This is not about perfection. It’s about creativity, calm and curiosity 💫 And maybe a bit of glitter ✨ The session is led by DBS Enhanced accredited practitioners, fully First Aid qualified, trauma informed and supported by Mental Health First Aid training — so your child is held in a space that’s not only creative and joyful, but safe, thoughtful and deeply caring too 💛 A Little Bit About Sian 🎨 Founder of Wild Hearts Art Club, Sian creates creative spaces where children are encouraged to be curious, expressive and unapologetically themselves. With a love for process-led art and confidence-building creativity, her sessions focus on exploration over perfection and joy over outcome. Sian believes art is less about “being good” and more about feeling brave enough to have a go - ideally with painty hands and a proud grin. Her work centres on self-acceptance, imagination and helping children discover the quiet magic of “I made this.” ✨ A Little Bit About Ali 🧘‍♀️ Ali is the heart behind The Yoga Zoo 🦊, delivering joyful, imaginative yoga sessions specially designed for children. Trained in children’s yoga, Ali uses movement, storytelling and play to help children connect with their bodies, build confidence and find calm in a way that feels natural and fun. Her sessions invite children to move like animals, breathe like the forest 🌲 and rest without pressure... creating a space where children feel safe, grounded and free to be exactly who they are 💚
